You may use Visual Paradigm Online on desktop and portable computers at home for teaching, learning, research, and non-commercial activities. You may use Visual Paradigm Online on portable computers used by Academic Institution staff when traveling on Academic Institution business. You may use Visual Paradigm Online only on computers that are part of the Academic Institution's internal network domain.Įxcept as otherwise provided herein, you may use Visual Paradigm Online only on computers that are located at the Academic Institution's permanent facilities. Title and copyright to Visual Paradigm Online and any associated documentation shall at all times remain with Visual Paradigm, and the recipient agrees to preserve the same. Visual Paradigm is under no obligation to extend any academic license to longer period of time. The academic license starts effective from the date a subscription is approved by Visual Paradigm. The recipient agrees to use Visual Paradigm Online solely for non-commercial classroom teaching and shall not distribute or transfer it to another location or to any other person without prior written permission from Visual Paradigm.
